This includes deciding on Constitutions and Standing Orders, inputting on organisational budgets and accounts, electing the Board &#; and ensuring we are a healthy, accountable, sustainable and inclusive organisation.
    • By contributing to strategic planning processes and discussions about the directions the LGBTI movement could take in these regions.

    ILGA World grants and handles membership for all our regions &#; Africa, Asia, Europe and Central Asia, Latin America and the Caribbean, North America and the Caribbean, and Oceania.     Serbia: Gays and lesbians “temporarily” declared personae non-gratae

    What are the reactions of the Serbian LGBTIQ collective to the cancellation? Are people appalled, or carry out they resign because discriminatory behaviour on the part of the government has become a habit?

    The reaction of the organizers of EuroPride was decisive and responsible – the President of the Republic cannot cancel EuroPride because he did not even structure it. The Pride celebration can only be banned not by a verbal decree of the President, but by a conclusion of the Ministry of the Interior. Organizations and supporters have stated firmly and unequivocally that the walk will take place, regardless of the ruling of the authorities. I believe this is valiant and the right judgment – because this will make the EuroPride a real protest, not just a ceremonial walk.
