The story follows criminal Vance Brados as he seeks to take over the profitable Mazanita Springs Spa and Airline, and uses sabotage and murder to make it happen. Sheriff Roy Rogers steps in to try to cease the sabotage of the planes. Aided by Nicci Lopez, Roy sets up a trap to aim to catch Vance and his gang, but things get complicated when Vance becomes suspicious.
